‘A typical Great Southern Riesling with light tropical notes on the nose and a strong backbone of lemon and lime. Good structure with a firm acid finish’.
Handpicked at optimum ripeness the grapes were crushed and pressed immediately. After 36 hrs to settle and clarify the juice was ‘racked’ and warmed and inoculated with selected yeast.
Clean fermentation and minimal intervention allows full expression of this elegant variety.
